Automatic Hydraulic Baler Machine from Hellobaler
1. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system of this machine is mainly composed of oil tank, controlling valves group, filtering unit, cooling system and other attachments.
2. The main frame: The main frame is composed of thick-wall square tube and high-quality steel plate which are welded together. The body of the tank is composed of a fixed one and an active one.
3. The conveying mechanism: This mechanism conveys the material to the material container. The conveying frame generally adopts a welded structure.
4. The material container: Accepting and saving material, the container is equipped with a photoelectric switch, and automatically stops the material adding.
5. The wire feeding and reeling mechanism: It is for the wire feeding and reeling in the baling of compressed waste paper. Using a piston cylinder, the wire feeding part achieves an accurate positioning, smooth running and a convenient maintenance. On the other hand, the wire reeling mechanism adopts a hydraulic motor to assure a smooth transmission and an accurate positive running of the wire reeling wheel for reeling or reverse running for decoupling.
6. The electrical system: This system adopts a PLC procedure to accomplish automatic cycle of baling. In case of an error, the procedure automatically stops it, achieving the automation of baling and at the same time assures the reliability and stability of the whole mechanism.
