1. Main Frame: Our main frame is heavy duty welded by Q235 steel plate, it's more sturdy and durable with 10 years warranty;
2. Advanced Control System: Controlled by Siemens advanced PLC System and touching screen;
3. High quality hydraulic oil cylinder system with 6 years warranty;
4. More intelligent conveyor system: The conveyor automatically stop and work with 2 sensors inside.
5. 3 hydraulic cylinders clamping increase bales density and make bales tighter and neater.

ALL HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS are made by our own factory; the quality level is higher than national standards.

6. Automatic Wire-Tier, it completes the wire feeding and tie-off cycle automatically within few seconds, which saved time and labor immensely.
7. Bale pushing trolley with series of 8 guide wheels, ensures the stable advance and retreat.
8. Our cutter is multiple blades, it can work normally even if one of the blades was damaged, and Shear waste paper more efficiently.
9 .High efficiency cooling system: Our automatic baler equipped with cooling system, it can protect the cylinder from high oil temperature;
10. Safety design: Equipped with emergency button and safety door, only with the safety door closed, the baler can work.
11. The cover of conveyor is new type PU slab rubber, it greatly reduces the scrap jam and ensures conveyor running smoothly.
12. Special Antirust paint protects the metal surface from the air, the rain water and other chemical or electrochemical corrosion.
