Main Features:
1. Fully automatic operation system: Automatic compressing, strapping, wire feeding and cutting, bale ejecting, it saves time and labor immensely.
2. Main Frame: our main frame is heavy duty welded by Q235 steel plate,it's sturdier and more durable with 10 years warranty;
3. Advanced Control System: controlled by PLC System, operates automaticlly and accurately.
4. Touch screen: To set and read parameters more conveniently.
5. High quality hydraulic oil cylinder system: Our cylinder is manufactured by our own factory. We are International brands designated manufacturers.
6. High efficiency cooling system: our automatic balers are equipped with cooling system which can protect the cylinder from high oil temperature and extent the cylinders' life time.
7. More intelligent conveyor system: there are two sensors inside of the feeding box. The conveyor will start or stop automatically when the hopper get materials below or above a certain positon which maximise the output.
8. Counting system: there is a count wheel on the baler counting the bale length automaticaly as setting to meet requirements of different bale size or weight.
9.Safety design: equipped with emergency button, safty door and circuit protector.
10.We could desigh the balers according to customers'any requirement.
