Features:
1. Main Frame: Our main frame is heavy duty welded by Q235 steel plate, it's more sturdy and durable with 10 years warranty;
2. The cutter is multiple blades, it can work normally even if one of the blades was damaged, and Shear waste paper more efficiently.
3. High quality hydraulic oil cylinder system with 6 years warranty;
4. High efficiency cooling system: Our automatic baler equipped with cooling system, it can protect the cylinder from high oil temperature;
5. More intelligent conveyor system: The conveyor automatically, there are two sensor inside of the feeding box, when the feeding box get a certain materials, the conveyor will stop working automatically;
6. Simple and durable counting system: There is a count wheel on the baler, it can count the bale length automatically as setting;
7. Safety design: Equipped with emergency button and safety door, only with the safety door closed, the baler can work.
8. The frame of clamping cylinder is made by whole Q235 steel plate,the structure is stronger.
9. Two hydraulic cylinders clamping increase bales density and make bales tighter and neater. Two more screws increase bales density
11. The cover of conveyor is new type PU slab rubber, it greatly reduces the scrap jam and ensures conveyor running smoothly.
12. Special Antirust paint protects the metal surface from the air, the rain water and other chemical or electrochemical corrosion.
13. Bale pushing trolley with series of 8 guide wheels, ensures the stable advance and retreat.
14. The main cylinder and the pushing car connected by hinge, reduces offset force of the piston rod in the process, extending the service life of the cylinder.
15. Saw tooth design reduces hydraulic shock and material jams.
16. Our baler feeding materials box is vertical, which makes the materials feeding very smoothly, and increase the working efficiency
