Faults | Reasons | Solutions |
I.Motor runs normally,system is powerless | 1. The rotary direction of motor is not right. 2. Sealing part of oil seal is broken. 3. Hydraulic oil of oil tank is not enough. 4. Pressure of gear pump is not enough. |
1. Regulate the line to modify the rotary direction. 2. Change sealing part. 3. Inject enough hydraulic oil (2/3~3/4 of whole volume of tank). 4. Change parts of oil pipe or change gear. |
II. System lose pressure suddenly, piston rod is not in top or in below position |
1. Distributor valve jammed or damping hole blockage. 2. Oil is polluted seriously. 3. Gear pump is broken. |
1. Repairing the reversing valve, remove the bolt of each part in order; remove all parts and clean; clear the blocked impurity and clean it with oil; then install it as per original order; requiring all parts and mating surfaces should not be crashed and scratched, and to make sure it is sealed and tight. 2. Filter or change hydraulic oil. 3. Repair or change gear pump. |
III. Piston rod move and wriggle |
1. Hydraulic oil is not enough. 2. Reversing valve is blocked. 3. Oil is polluted seriously. 4. Sealing parts are broken. |
1. Check the oil line. 2. Clean reversing valve. 3. Filter or change hydraulic oil. 4. Change sealing parts regularly. |
