1. Main Frame: Our main frame is heavy duty welded by Q235 steel plate, it's more sturdy and durable with 10 years warranty;
2. High quality hydraulic cylinder system with 6 years warranty;
3. Safety design: Equipped with emergency button and safety door, only with the safety door closed, the baler can work.
4. The frame of clamping cylinder is made by whole Q235 steel plate,the structure is stronger.
5. The cover is new type PU slab rubber, it greatly reduces the scrap jam and ensures conveyor running smoothly.
6. Special Antirust paint protects the metal surface from the air, the rain water and other chemical or electrochemical corrosion.
7. Bale pushing trolley with series of 8 guide wheels, ensures the stable advance and retreat.
8. The main cylinder and the pushing car connected by hinge, reduces offset force of the piston rod in the process, extending the service life of the cylinder.
9. Saw tooth design reduces hydraulic shock and material jams.
10. Our cutter is multiple blades, it can work normally even if one of the blades was damaged, and Shear waste paper more efficiently.
11. The whole baler machine lying on the ground, it is very stable when running.
