How to choice a suitable waste paper baling machine?
As all know, different materials have different requirement of the baling machine, how to choice a suitable baling machine for waste paper recycling?
1. What kinds of materials would you baling?
Such as waste paper, mix paper, kraft paper, office paper, corrugated cartons, newspaper, etc.
2. The production capacity requirement?
According to our experience, we will recommend higher capacity baling machine as you will raise your production in future. If you chose a larger machine, this baler is still suitable for you, otherwise you need to buy a new one.
3. Bale size requirement: different area has their own requirement of bale size for transportation. such as the truck size, container size etc.
4. Bale weight requirement: as the bale length is adjustable, you can adjust the bale weight according to bale length.
5. Automatic baler or semi-automatic baler? This is according to the production capacity:
If you have more than 100tons waste paper per day, we advise you choice a large machine, such as HFA20-25, HFA13-20 etc;
If 80-100tons per day, we advise you a middle machine, such as HFA10-14, HFA8-10 etc.
If 50~80tons, choice a small automatic baling machine is ok;
If less than 50tons, a semi-automatic baling machine is ok as the semi-automatic baler will be more economic than automatic baling machine.
